about pioneer square:
Pioneer Square was previously one of Seattle’s hotspots for relaxation and entertainment. Although COVID has forced many venues to shutter their doors, it is our firm belief that it will once again be the place to be. Recovery in this area has lagged behind other parts of the city due to an over-reliance on office workers and tourists, and local businesses and property owners have taken notice. Businesses old and new are moving towards a more locally-focused, economically sustainable, and lived-in downtown. We want to contribute to this shift and help make Pioneer Square (and downtown more broadly) not just a destination, but a home that we take pride in.
